Ahahahaha, Histy scale comparison with figures is a wonderful idea! I love it. I have to ask the same question, I'm not sure why so many Nep figures are like that! However yes Histy should lose her socks (on the model that is). Her doing the pokes that double as a height gap gesture makes this extra cute, same with how apparently bigger Histy is even with her proportional differences to Nepgear and Neptune's relative lankiness. Always awesome to see more Histy, and you took a great suggestion!
