I wanted a way to represent myself in my art, and decided to go with a mouse creature, since I like rodents.
I also experimented a bit with some brushes to make the fur and tail more realistic, I'm pretty happy with the result.
Anyway, I guess you could say this is my fursona? I don't consider myself a furry, but the word is appropriate.

Not a furry, just a furred creature enjoyer. Or something. Don't worry too much about the label for yourself. I've been a part of the community so long, the term has changed meanings about a dozen times. We welcome you all the same. At least I certainly welcome you, from one rodent enjoyer to another.

You're right, the term changed meaning a few times, but at the end of the day I think we can agree it's just a broad term used to express our enjoyment of animal related content, whether it's anthro or feral. And for me it's feral :D

There is a lot of negativity in the world, especially online. I try to be positive when I can, which I admit isn't always easy for me. And the guro-related community is already niche and looked down upon, especially when mixed with furry and furry-adjacent stuff, so it's always best to keep things positive with each other whenever possible. Thankfully, it is also generally quite welcoming (ubiquitous outliers present within every community notwithstanding).
Also it's just nice to be nice. And I mean what I say. I enjoy your stuff. ^_^

Before I started posting my stuff, I was a bit worried about the reception. I didn't really know what to expect, but so far I haven't had a single bad interaction. Which is kind of funny, for a community whose main enjoyment is centered around gruesome acts.
But I feel what you're saying, I also try to always stay friendly as well in my interactions.

And I'm really glad that you enjoy my stuff! At first I did it only for myself, but knowing that my work gets appreciated keeps me motivated to make even better content!

And I know I don't comment or fav, but I really enjoy your stories (well, the one that are about decapitations).
I think a week ago I found my favorite of yours "Mewtwo's return", since it's one of the rare one where you've also written feral guro in it. I think I'm going to give writing a try at some point, since there is a lack of feral decapitation in this artform :>

Getting positive comments always feels great, but keep doing it for yourself. That's something a lot of people can lose after a while. Never forget that it's for your own enjoyment. The fact others like your stuff is always just frosting on the cake.

And thank you. ^_^ I don't tend to write much feral stuff, so I definitely encourage you to go for writing! Gotta get more of us out there, and you can fill a niche I and other guro writers don't. It's part of what got me started. I saw a lot of writers backing away or stopping for various reasons, and decided to help fill the gap.

It's true: others liking my stuff is just frosting on the cake. I don't think I'll ever have the problem of doing things not for myself, because I seem to be incapable of motivating myself if I don't want to do it haha

I do remember seeing somewhere you didn't like feral as a primary focus. It's kind of funny, because furry guro is already niche enough, yet there are niches within the niche, with you preferring anthro and me ferals xD
Anyway I don't know if I'll do a lot of stories, but I will try for sure. I'm already working on something, although with all my current projects I don't really know when it'll come out haha
My only problem is that I'm a little slow because I'm not used to write something in a sophisticated english, which isn't my native language. But it's helped me get better at understand it so it's win win haha
