Her look here is based on a design that someone won at a event, I tweaked it just abit to look less like her Princess Cadance but I really should have looked at her actual design from the start.

Besides that the concept behind this piece here is what if Flurry Heart's wings grew like how every other pony's wings grow, it quickly got out of control fast, but it was really really fun, also I decided to make her sorta a wreck in her adult years, abit antagonist from living so long.
