Well, her mother has H cups, and sometimes, natural breast size in women is associated with genetics.

Maybe. But one thing's for sure: high fertility in females runs in Beatrice's mother's side of the family. That would explain why Beatrice has 7 siblings, including a fraternal twin sister.
