It says resistance for a reason. Adding her coat, she's immune to Dragon, Poison, and Psychic. She's resistant to Normal, Flying, Bug, Rock, Ghost, Steel, Grass, Ice, and Dark. Nothing Prometheus can do can realistically hurt her with cape.

To clarify, she actually has to be laying on the ground for it to work, as seen the past two times he's used it. The rock of the grounds he's on is too thick for him to stomp. into pieces like in the show.
