Tangle: Mimic? Mimic? What happened to him?
Whisper: He die in prison.

Mimic's history in the AU slightly differs from the canon Universe (or IDW universe for those who refuse the games and comics are one in the same). Long story short, he was part of the first generation Diamond Cutters with Whisper's mom. That is all I'm going to say... for now.
