*nod* Like I said, the news media I listen to (ABC, CBS, BBC, CBC, Australia's ABC, all radio news bulletins I check daily) not once ever mentioned Johansen's alias, Buster Poindexter, or the hit single, "Hot Hot Hot", only focusing on his role in the New York Dolls. Influential, yes, but not his peak of success..... Not even a mention of his role in the holiday movie, "Scrooged".....
(Most don't know what soca is, but we do.... ;) When most hear it, they think of Caribbean beach parties and similar festivities, including island versions of Carnival.....)

.....Where the biggest fight going on is against the hospital that two brothers- both my great-great-great uncles- originally founded over a century ago, and how they've been treating local patients badly, in the name of religion..... (Much of the furor is due to a local chiropractor who needed an emergency abortion, and was denied necessary service.... It was hardly the only instance of abhorrent behaviour from this hospital....)
