This is called a Sedoka. A Sedoka is Composed of two sets of 5-7-7 . Frequently in the form of "dialogue poem" or an exchange between lovers.
I also made the each stanza into there own word search. Why? simply for the fun of it. I did need to alter the poem to make it into a word search, but the message still holds.
