Clair from Pokemon! For some reason, her belly has suddenly begun to swell up with water. Hopefully, her belly stretches so much that her suit rips~

I'm not entirely satisfied with how I drew her boots. I could've drawn them a little bit better. But at least I got the belly and breasts right.
