Wopo swim underwater, growing bigger absorb the energy of water around him with his necklace and nomming some other water pokemon in the way as he grow bigger...
Then he hop out the water toward a city, causing a bit of a tsunami, and decide have alots of fun with the progressively shrinking city to him, tail whip, stomp destruction! Even a small lick to finish it off, as he walk toward the sunset, unawarely crush some more city in the way~
