This stage can only be reached when two or more infected touch each other and join together. They'll join together like angler fish and eventually keep taking on more of them, becoming this and becoming stronger. This can only happen in the stage before they get claws. Oh yeah, and instead of suck your blood like the other individual star-kin, they will devour you completely and it's ALWAYS hungry!
