The Kosmogon is Kosmo's most powerful form...when it's a more beastly dragon. This more humanoid version wouldn't be particularly strong compared to it.
I tend to lump Kosmogon in with Darkosmo in my head. Since he is a shapeshifter, Dark Kosmo doesn't really look any different from normal Kosmo.
