Some more adventures in learning how to draw from actual drawing books. There are a lot more pages like this, but nothing particularly interesting. I drew a sweet potato for a couple pages. Please, reign in your disappointment for missing that one.

Anyways, this drawing exercise is where you put lines around the contours of an object to better depict it's three dimensional shape. The one of my little Lugia figurine is my favourite, it looks like those weird green scan line figures they do in TV shows when a computer is showing a model of something. Other objects shown include a cork, a sweet potato, an eraser, chapstick, a pencil sharpener, a wiimote, and a stitch marker for knitting (shaped like a little strawberry).

Woaw, the effect it gives is quite nice! And I guess it's a nice way to practice 3D view, indeed: I'll try to remember about that ^w^. Thank you for sharing!

When that title sequence came out like a powerpoint presentation at about 00:40 with those little zappy sounds, I just about lost it, lol. That was too corny, I love it.
