I do not recall much about Neptune but I think she was an apathetic one not a sad one. I do not know. Maybe things have been changed to add a little more variety.

Ah she's sort of like me. Cancer patient with one HP and a dream. Actually I'm slowly beating cancer again this time around. However I do have days or weeks where I completely hopeless. So I can say I have been in that mindset of a ruthless dark world. Chemotherapy and cancer suck that way.
