Day 27 of CuteGirlTober2024 turned fashion study - Burlesque

This will (most likely) be my one and only pose for this challenge that is partly from behind. And that's because comic books have proven you can show your butt and tits off at the same time, which seemed appropriate for this prompt. LOL!

So let's get the obvious out of the way. This is a burlesque. This is not stripping. This is not pole dancing. These are all 3 very different things, though they can overlap. It should also note that while burlesque is often sexy, it was (originally, at least) as kinda a mocking sorta way. The term burlesque comes from an Italian word meant to ridicule, mock, or make fun of. Burlesque is more parody or caricature in thought. On the wikipedia page of it, there's a great picture at the top of a burlesque Ben-Hur featuring sexy girls in chariots with one of the horses on roller-skates.

In root of both the sorta satirical nature as well as it's common stereotype of being sexual, I went with an angel motif for her design. Complete with wings and a halo. Feathers are common in burlesque (including her lil' feather boa I gave her). Sequins and rhinestones are also popular and so I'd probably giver her a shimmerly outfit if colored.

And went for a tibetian mastiff this time. I'm not sure I gave their large levels of fluff enough credit, though, haha. These are some seriously huge and seriously fluffy dogs.
