Lil' brother's cooking~
hypercube.mp3
Back in 2010, I made a progressive house track called Hypercube.
It was the first track I made that got signed to a record label.

Welcome back, old friend.

Awesome seeing that I've still got fans in the audience!
It's been way too long since I made anything like this, seeing as I've more or less transitioned to drawing.

Glad ya liked it, tho <3

When I saw that you were here, I thought "Great, now I can keep an eye on anything new from you since the days of FurAffinity." What you've been drawing has been a much-added plus, and certainly something you couldn't do on FA. I don't usually follow much of the house/club/electronica movement, since most is simply about moving to the beat. Yours, I found more imaginative, and quite pleasing to listen to. (How I came about "Sum"- and listening to your music in general- was in a roundabout way: I was searching for songs about squirrels! ;) )

I remember wanting to sort of capture a feeling when I was making Hypercube. Namely because I was sitting on the train home from college to visit my parents, just looking out of the window at the dark landscape outside, the distant porch lights passing by, the thousands of unseen lives I could just... SENSE around me. Each one as real and as important as my own. That kind of Sonder is what brought me that mood in the track to begin with, because I felt like I was connected to the world.

And I thank you for sharing that feeling in the music you did make over the years.

Nice one. I've listened to a ton of tracks like this one when I was tangled with the Unreal Tournament 2004 scene, making levels for it and moderating the server we had. Takes me back to a more peaceful time~
