So, I decide to have my own art slave to do the story that I can't find a time to do it myself. Which I choose to use my own brother who currently unemployed to give it a try. I hope you like his art style. If you like his work, I will let him do more of this with me come up with story and he made an art out of it. >.<
Maybe. But, I'd think he'd look a little shorter if he was further away. Plus, he could see what was on the laptop's screen which implies he's pretty close although that looks like a 17.9" screen which is pretty big.

How much shorter one gets with distance depends on where the observer is. You might have seen that with pictures taken with a tele-lens at long distance. If the camera is very close-by, then there's a lot of perspective and close objects are much bigger than far away ones. If the camera is hundreds of yards away and uses zoom to get the same apparent size, then there is suddenly almost no size change if someone is just a few dozen feet away.
Now the thing is, this is a drawing, not a photo, so the actual perspective distortion is completely up to artistic freedom. But the perspective shrink with distance is still kinda visible, since it needs to be consistent between all objects in the image. (Something twice as far away should still be twice as shrunk - even if the shrinking itself is much less)
Now look at those folders next to which Mini-Mal0 is sitting. They look huge. They wouldn't look out of place if they were on the front desk right next to the monitor. This suggests there's almost no perspective shrink, suggesting that we have a "tele-lens" perspective (maybe SCP has an agent with a tele across the street in another office trying to record video through the office window)
In that case, the size of the agent behind them is deceptive. He's "around the corner" in the hallway. His apparent body size (counting upper body only since mini-Mal0 is sitting) looks about the same as Mini-Mal0 but its an adult.
That means he is actually quite far back. Out of sight of Mini-Mal0 behind a corner - and - if the office has the usual background chatter of people on phones and talking to each other - also out of effective hearing range.
He just looks close to us due to perspective

Oh, yeah. I know all of that. I used to be a photographer and a mechanical artist. So, I know a bit about perspective. That's where I got my question concerning the other guy's closeness. To my eyes, he looks like he's standing almost directly behind the guy on the computer. In fact, I'd say he's standing in line with the counter that the files and mini-mal0 are on. But, I'm not the artist so I don't know where he's supposed to be standing.
