Since Elysse expresses her emotions little, but also, feels these emotions less strongly than normal people, she fears the judgments of others less than the rest of us, since she feels less the embarrassment and fear that come with being judged.
It is because of this that sometimes, without warning, Elysse can go and hug civilians in the street, just because she finds them soft and comfortable. This happens often with those with fur and even more, those who are overweight.
