Eddie the hyena escaped Infinite's wrath during the events of Forces by joining up with the Zodiac Council. As one of Cancer's conspirators, he was working to overthrow Ophiuchus. He wasn't exactly doing it for noble reasons, though, but once Ophiuchus was defeated, Eddie lost his Zodiac powers and wings.
His armor should have a scorpion motif, but try getting that to work in a free-use ai tool ^^;
