Of the options provided my order would be 5>4>1>3>2>6.
I am not a huge fan of characters with unnatural colors. If I could pick anything though, I would pick 2 but with more natural colors for the mom and Berry. I like how much the boys stand out in 2 but the red on the mom and the yellow on Berry are a bit much. All the other options seem a little too muted.
As for a breakdown of my opinions on the options that are listed.
1. Doesn't really have enough variety. The characters stand out from the background but not from each other.
2. Like I said above my only issue is the mom and Berry. The boys are perfect.
3. Unless you went for more color in the background, this option doesn't really look a whole lot more colored than a sketch. It's good, but a little dull. The extra effort of coloring almost hurts it in this sense when it still kinda looks like a sketch. That said with a slightly more vibrant background I could see this looking REALLY good and I am pretty sure I shouldn't be judging based on the uncolored background.
4. Similar to 3 except the added contrast of having half the boys darker is a nice touch. I also really appreciate the added warmth of Zipper, Berry, and Cotton.
5. Is my favorite of the available options though I wish it was more saturated like 2 is. Also I really like Cotton's white fur in 2 as well.
6. Too colorful. Though I get that that's subjective :P
