This piece is by dizzymilky and features Althea, along with a friend of mine, Toirach.
Ordinarily, Althea would be way too slow to even consider racing something as fast as a Jolteon, but with practical use of her Autotomize skill, and a few choice zaps that trigger her Motor Drive ability, she can get to be QUITE fast!
It's probably advisable NOT to be in front of a solid steel type though, not at those speeds....
