Yeah, instead of Dry Bowser taking a spot on the roster I put him under Bowser as a costume for him

update:
the last 2 costumes for Bowser for part 2 of Mario Kart roster concept is complete!
the final 2 costumes being:
Dark Bowser from Mario and Luigi Bowser's Inside Story
and Fury Bowser from Bowsers Fury

I was not gonna remove the eyebrows on Dark Bowser, but it felt wierd without them
as Dark Bowser doesn't have them, but I felt the art just looked better keeping them in
