I know it is a trope, but I disagree. It's not necessary "mature" for this platform, but it's too explicit for the general public.
That Netflix show "Super Drags" (2018) that got cancelled after 1 season is an example (link below). It deserves the TV-MA rating, despite it never being "explicit" in a comparable way to your drawing. As a still-image comic, the impact of "the bulge" is reduced, but put into a 2-D rigged and tweened animated motion-picture, it becomes obviously explicit.
