Heh, although I designed them, I can't entirely take credit for their look; they're based on the uniforms worn by Dr. Zin's henchmen in Jonny Quest vs. the Cyber Insects. In that, they were green and kind of "bug-themed," with the outer tabard segmented to resemble an insect's underbelly. It was easy enough to repurpose the design to fit Dark Kat's wonky medieval-meets-high-tech theme.
