Happens all the time.
Sketch rant doodle that summons one of several shinigami I deal with when interacting with certain people.

From cursing, silly demands, begging, crying, and fake accusations, I have seen a fair bit of ugliness of people.

Some people just don't get that high quality art requires far more time and work, which then means the price generally goes up due to everything that needs to go into it. I have enough friends who take commissions to have heard some horrid stories about bad commissioners.
