Some gift art I made for my good doggo friend, Deok-Soo! This French-Korean dog is just being his usual delinquent, troublemaker self, flashing that radical hand sign, tongue lolled out, ready to pounce and gurgle ya. Not giving a damn. It seems the police are on their way, based on those faint red and blue lights in the background, but knowing this dog, he'll be able to escape capture yet again >:3
