Captain William was voiced by Peter Renaday, the same guy who voiced Master Splinter in the original Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, Henry and Max in The Country Bear Jamboree, and many other voiced in shows, movies and Disney theme park attractions.
unfortunately he passed away last year on September 8th, a day before James Earl Jones, at age 89
