- A esta forma se le llama Full Feral Hellhound Form, pero en el caso de Maxim Moon esta forma tiene como nombre "Lunar Wolf Form" ya que éste personaje al ser un vampiro el cual pertenece a dos mundos [Incluso ha visitado al mundo de los mortales] dicha transformación está adaptada para esos mundos.
- Es una transformación selectiva que desde siempre Maxim ha tenido en su Bestiario [Incluso varios de los Mangleds de cada Universo pero de la parte vampiro tienen la forma Feral Wolf en su Lista de Transformaciones Selectivas ó Bestiarios]. Maxim no requiere de alguna emoción fuerte para transformarse en Lunar Wolf, puede hacerlo de manera voluntaria.
- El Látigo de Maxim no funciona en esta transformación, pero sí la espada y mientras va corriendo como una bala destruirá cualquier obstáculo sin recibir daño.
- En esta transformación, los poderes de hielo de Maxim Moon son más letales que los de su forma normal y se compara con los poderes de hielo de la forma DragonWolf.

- In this transformation, Maxim Moon's ice powers are more lethal than his normal form and compares to the ice powers of the DragonWolf form.
