I thought a lot about the initial design. Ultimately, I decided it would make more sense to give Henry actual hands. Also, it'd be weird to justify why characters like Samson, who's a bat, have hands but Henry doesn't. Also decided to change his colors and proportions, this way he looks more like an owl.
