"In town, during the winter time, Fowler Hedgehog is taking Everett The Purple Badger out on a walk. Both are wearing their cosy winter coats and boots to keep themselves warm in the cold. Sure, Everett may have his diaper on show but furries have warm fur anyways so it doesn't affect them at all. The two are having a fun time together with Fowler being the best caregiver he can, thanks to his part time job experience in his teen years. He's making sure Everett is doing well, fed good and just being himself without being too out of control. The walk have been going well.
Just then, someone new to town came up to them, acting all confident and very disrespectful. It's clear that this someone doesn't know or understand that in this town, there are many, many babyfurs, still wearing diapers or pull ups and it's all fine. Even adults too either because they're incontinence, comfort reasons or is a regressor/a little. They went up to Fowler and Everett, making fun of the badger for still being (and using) diapers at his age and not using the potty. This made Fowler very angry as he looks at the someone, telling them...
HEY YOU! My buddy wears them being he has incontinence issues. Why not you leave us alone and don't discriminate those who has to still wear diapers. It's not his fault that he is still in them!
Everett laughed at this, knowing that he isn't actually incontinence, he just makes big messes, but he proud that his caregiver stood up at the bully; both walking away with confidence, not looking bad at the someone who just continued to go their way." ---------------------------------------- Back again, here's some art I've commissioned Friar to draw for me, featuring my OC, Fowler Hedgehog and his OC, Everrett, going on a walk where someone just came up to them and was mocking Everrett for wearing diapers still, leading to Fowler to stand up to the bully.
This idea came about while just privately chatting to Friar in a group call and I was speaking about my world, specifically a town called Hometown in Florida. In my world, The Retcon Universe, Hometown is a gated community where all of the ABDLs, babyfurs, bigs, littles and caregivers lives at, along with all kinds of furries and humans and even cartoon characters who owns a holiday home there to get away from media attention.
In Hometown, Fowler Hedgehog lives there as "That Magical Artist", drawing things to life and whatnot, along with drawing things for the community for free and working at the community center where he's either working with Harris or on his own with video editing freelance work or he's helping out as a caregiver with the toddlers and babyfurs for the preschool and daycare program. One of the babyfurs he caregives for is Everrett.
I can't comment too much on Everrett since that's Friar's OC so what I can say is that in my world, Everrett simply lives in Hometown with his family. He, along with his grandpa, are known to use their diapers a lot, like a whole dump truck filled. No one in the community really cares about the big messes, it's so common, they're nose-blind to it and plus they don't discriminate whoever uses it so...
