Starr is the daughter of Kosmo. We don't know who her other parent is, and since Kosmo is a shapeshifter, we don't even know if Kosmo is her father or mother!
She was part of the future Freedom Fighter force in GeneX Legacy. She also traveled back in time to help her parent in Sonic GeneX - Doomsday.
I definitely did a picture of her myself, but I can never find it :/
