Unfortunately, he's been to this beach more than once so they have a pretty plainly stated clothing requirement. Because to paraphrase Ed "That is something he would really like to do."
As for the showers, yeah that does look a bit like the decon shower symbol, but in this case they just wanted something that clearly showed it was a shower for people who can't read.
