This is CloudBlaster, he's exclusively from the Human World, and a techno-organic Cybertronian/Human.

He first came to Canterlot High right before the events of Rainbow Rocks. He's trying to keep his Cybertron origins a secret, he understands the possible risks of people knowing he's one of them.

Cloud was a Cybertronian Protoform before landing on Earth where his father had taken him in and raised him as his own. Cloud and his father had learned early on about his origins, with the help of an Autobot, Cloud had learned to harness some of those robotic aspects, and was able to transform into a battle body.
