Rhodi the Rhino comes from a very special tribe in comes from a family of rhinos who seem to have the ability to harness minerals in their keratin. What mineral they develop is random, and he is one of the rare few who gets diamond. However, due to the fact it is mixed into the keratin, it means the hardness is slightly softened, registering at an 8.5 on the Moh's scale. This still gives him very powerful limbs, as he can use fingertip and toe-tip based strikes without harming himself.
While most of his family tend to get into the field of MMA or being bouncers thanks to their unique genetic trait, he decided developed a love for the shine and shimmer. He started experimenting with various materials and fabrics, soon picking up a hobby of customizing people's devices and/or clothing with any manner of material from sparkle to metallic sheen. He also practices ballet in his spare time, but due to the fact he never wears shoes, he can't perform specific moves.
