The Hex Maniac trainers from Pokemon are my most favorite in the Pokemon games. These goth, creepy girls who are usually insane or possessed by ghost types as ghost-type trainers is an interesting combination for a trainer. I love how they wear traditional Victorian-style clothing with Mary Janes usually favored by goth girls in a lot of fiction.
