Jexe: Spawn From The Stars
Chapter 1: Crash Landing
Written by HueyHusky

Anadeia Galaxy
Saturday, February 9th 2633

A pink and orange spaceship was seen flying slowly through the galaxy, the camera panned towards it, revealing the ship being empty on autopilot before the camera stopped panning in front of a deactivated orange robot attached to a wall that was charging it as it would finish charging and turn on, looking around as they detached themselves from the wall before making their way to the control panel and looked at where they were to notice no planets were around before pressing what seems to be a recorder button.

“This is Reios, audio log 11, I seem to have arrived in the Anadeia galaxy, my current mission, search for new life forms to be studied by scientists, I have previously failed 5 planets before, I wish not to fail 13 in total, cause I will be scrapped if doing so, I will not let the scientists down this time, this is Reios, signing off” the robot named Reios spoke into a microphone before pressing stop, sending the audio log to the scientists before sitting down on a chair, extending it’s arm towards a jukebox and pressing play on it, their arm going back to regular size as the jukebox starts playing “Midnight, the Stars and You”

Reios hummed to the tune as they got up before walking up to a coffee machine, pressing an oil button as a coffee cup filled with oil popped out of the machine as Reios grabbed it and opened up their chest compartment before pouring the oil into it, closing it’s chest compartment and made their way back to the seat before sitting down on it and looking ahead to notice a copper coloured planet.

Reios quickly put the ship to halt in front of the planet and quickly typed on a computer for it to identify the planet, revealing it to be the planet Meacarro, home to the Cralgra species, and that the planet was safe to land on as Reios presses the record button again.

“This is Reios, audio log 12, I seem to have discovered Meacarro, a planet in the Anadeia galaxy, the planet is safe to land at, and is home to a species known as the Cralgras, I will make the descent down there and…” Reios said before the ship was suddenly hit by a meteor, an alarm started blaring as the ship and the meteor descended towards the planet below, before they both crashed in a jungle.

Reios was lying on the floor and quickly got up as their head was glitching as they quickly took off their head, throwing into an incinerator before opening up a cabinet filled with spare parts, grabbing a new head before attaching it to their body as they blink and look around, making their way to the record button to notice it was damaged from the impact as they quickly stepped outside and looked around at the jungle outside before they stepped out of the ship.

“What even hit me” Reios said, noticing something smoke in the distance before they made their way up to it, travelling up a hill to notice the crashed meteor on the ground, slowly making it up and was about to scan it as the meteor suddenly cracked open as an egg falls out of it as Reios quickly picked up the egg before scanning it to notice an odd shape moving inside of the egg.

“An egg, in a meteor, why would it crash land here?” Reios asked itself in confusion before noticing movement ahead as they turned around to notice a cyan aquatic alien with two horns on the top of its head, along with some leaves on the sides of its head.

“Zorplak hu fuznox bleep?” the alien said to Reios in confusion, making Reios tilt their head before scanning the alien lifeform.

“Scanning, Cralgra, a peaceful race who can breathe in both land and sea, translating language” Reios said before making some beeping noises as the beeping stopped “Say that again please?”

“What are you mysterious object?” the Cralgra said to Reios, who can now translate the aliens' speeches to English straight away.

“My name is Reios, Robotic Expedition Into Outer Space, and you are one of the Cralgras, I have added your language into my systems so we can both understand each other in our designated languages” Reios said.

“Jonch, may I ask what brings you to Meacarro?” the alien now named Jonch asked.

“My ship crashed and landed back there, It was hit by a meteor, it seems to have this egg here inside of it” Reios replied who then shows Jonch the egg as they quickly looked at it.

“Well it’s no Cralgra egg, but there is no way for an egg to be left out in the middle of the jungle like that” Jonch said before noticing the sun setting in the distance.

“We need to get back to my place, it’s not safe to explore the jungle at night” Jonch said before quickly leaving.

“Why, my ship registered this as a peaceful planet” Reios said as they quickly followed Jonch.

“Recently we been having creatures that appeared one day after a meteor strike, they only appear at night, nobody who has lived has ever seen, but they have been known to kill and eat Cralgras, I have a house just here” Jonch said before quickly entering the house with Reios and quickly closed the door before closing the blinds while Reios puts the egg down on a table

“So what is that thing out there?” Reios asked.

“No one knows, but it’s dangerous and I would rather not be food, I have seen what it’s done after it…” Jonch said before stopping his sentence, closing his eyes as a tear dropped from his eye “Killed my best friend…”

“I am sorry for your loss” Reios said.

“Thank you, but we should be safe in here, providing that the egg does not hatch, and you said this egg came from a meteor right” Jonch said, picking up the egg before examining it again as it starts shaking before hatching as Jonch quickly puts the egg down, the egg opening up to reveal a cute baby pink alien with goblin ears yawning and stretching before looking around and noticed Jonch and Reios, raising an eyebrow at them.

“Okay that’s not definitely not a Cralgra” Jonch said before Reios scanned the alien.

“Impossible, there’s no data according to this lifeform in my databanks” Reios said.

“Dude, I think we just discovered a new species, oh my god this day has already become awesome!” Jonch said happily.

“How would that make it awesome, may I ask?” Reios asked.

“Dude, we discovered a new species right, this must be one that has never been discovered before by anyone, surely you wanted that as one of your goals right?” Jonch asked in return.

“My goal was to not simply discover new lifeforms, but to bring back rare lifeforms to study,” Reios said.

“Wait…, do you plan on bringing back hostile lifeforms to attack us?” Jonch asked.

“Of course not, my creators have not programmed me to do hostility, nor are they hostile themselves, do you trust me?” Reios asked in return.

“Trust you, I’ve only just met you, you just crashed landed on my home planet, I’m not sure on your intentions fully, but you don’t seem to be hostile, you could have attacked me the moment you set your eyes on me, but you didn’t, but that doesn’t mean I trust you fully Reios” Jonch replied.

“Alright, that is a statement my programming understands” Reios said before growling was heard outside as Jonch freezes in terror.

“Get down, hide, and don’t make a sound…” Jonch ordered with a whisper as he and Reios hid as something big was heard stomping outside, peeking inside of the house and looked around, but couldn’t see the duo hiding before it quickly stomped away.

“Is it gone?” Reios asked as Jonch quickly popped his head out a bit to peek through the window to notice the monster was gone.

“Yeah, it’s gone” Jonch replied as he and Reios got up.

“Whatever it was, it sounded big, like judging by the sounds, I’d say this thing is about 7-11 feet tall, estimated” Reios said as something smashed through the wall as Jonch backed up and screamed with the baby alien starting to cry.

Reios & Jonch would notice that the monster was a giant floating head with razor sharp teeth and the face of a monster as it roared before looking down at Jonch and tried to bite him, who quickly grabbed a table, using it as a shield to stop the monster trying to bite down onto him but it bites the table in half easily as Jonch looked at the broken table as he chuckled nervously with Reios walking up to the monster.

“If it is not wise to be attacking other lifeforms on this pla…” Reios said before getting headbutted by the creature and goes flying into a wall as the monster would look down at the pink baby alien, licking it’s lips and was about to eat it.

“NO!” Jonch said as the pink baby alien would raise it’s hand as lightning would blast out of it’s fingers, blasting the monster into a wall as the pink baby alien giggled before getting up as Jonch and Reios would look at the pink baby alien.

“Fascinating…” Jonch and Reios both said in sync.

The monster would try to charge at the pink alien who blasted more lightning at the monster as it went flying out of the house into a tree, making it tumble over, hitting the ground with a massive thud as the monster started looking dizzy, noticing the pink alien right in front of it with a smirk on it’s face.

“Boop” the pink alien said while booping it’s nose as the monster would suddenly catch on fire before roaring in pain as it would suddenly fall down dead while still burning up as the pink alien giggled before sucking it’s thumb.

Jonch & Reios would slowly walk up to the pink alien before looking down at it.

“Is this a calling for help, someone must have sent this alien to help us” Jonch said before picking up the pink alien who hugged Jonch back.

Reios quickly extinguished the monster before other trees were able to catch on fire as he and Jonch quickly looked at Jonch’s destroyed home.

“My house…” Jonch said in sadness.

“Jonch, I swear I will fix your house, just as much as my ship fixing, my priorities involve helping others first before leaving, but I just need the right materials to rebuild your house” Reios said.

“You can do that?” Jonch asked.

“I can do anything, do you still trust me or not?” Reios asked in returns as Jonch thought about it.

“Alright I suppose…, I do know a city not far from here where we get the materials, don’t worry, the locals there are friendly” Jonch replied.

“Considering I have Cralgras registered as a friendly race to my databanks, it can’t be that bad right” Reios said.

“Dude… don’t Jinx it” Jonch said before he and Reios walked off with Jonch still holding the pink alien.
