As for criticism, the biggest think is that the pose does not convey movement at all. If she is supposed to be dancing you probably want it too look like she is in motion. Maybe angle her tail more to the side so it look like she has spoon around. it should also look like there are stage lights ON her, the stage in general would be difficult, in this mock up the perspective is all sorts of whack.
