Character Description
The new leader of Los Imbeciles seems to have emerged straight from the bowels of the Underworld. Just his ghostly appearance renders him an eerie figure, but add to that a skill with weapons that seems to defy the laws of physics and the multiple rumors suggesting that he is a genuine ghost and then we find ourselves an individual that no one wants to be in front of. He seems to resent Clint to death and wants nothing more than to make him suffer. But why?
Powers and Abilities:
-Expert in every firearm known and expert marksman with a perfect aim
-Able biker, mechanic and gangster
-Physical and mental abilities far above those of normal Mobians
-Presumed to be immortal
-Presumed ghostly abilities (telekinesis, teleportation, invisibility, intangibility, fire and ice manipulation, possession, etc...)

Edgy, brooding, mysterious, serious, competitive, sadistic, cynical, ruthless (but does show hints of kindness, warmth and selflessness), charming and intimidating.

Likes: Sandy Gulch, Los Imbeciles (sometimes), stealing, destroying, shooting, being challenged, being feared.
Dislikes: Killing, Los Imbeciles (sometimes), Clint, cheaters, being interrupted when he's in the middle of a challenge, those who claim to be fearless.
Background/History
In the city of Sandy Gulch, everyone has heard of the legend of The Phantom Sniper: a mysterious and infamous outlaw known to be the best gunslinger of the entire region, believed to possess mystical powers and a connection to the Underworld. Rumor has it that, when he was finally apprehended and sentence to life in jail, he cursed these lands and said he would return as a ghost to terrorize any unfortunate soul who'd dare to stand in his way.
Now, a hundred years later, the legend seems to become reality, as someone who claims to be the Phantom Sniper has returned leading the infamous group of petty, low-life criminals Los Imbeciles.

He seems to pester the city of Sandy Gulch and resides with Los Imbeciles in the nearby prairie
Body
The Phantom Sniper has a tall and lanky, yet imposing, figure. His fur is of a dull purple, his muzzle is dirt-colored with a pink nose and two small ears appears on top of his head. His eyes are always covered by either his long hair or a shadow constantly looming over him, although they seem to appear when he wants to intimidate someone; in that case, he sports creepy acrid green eyes on a black sclera. His mouth is always covered, leading people to suspect that under it might be only be the bones left, or nothing at all. A medium-length tail hangs from behind him which can be used as a whip when in close range.
Clothing
He's always seen wearing a worn-out, brown hat and jacket, a lighter brown poncho, a brown belt with a silver buckle and two holsters for his guns and a boots where he keeps two knives strapped on.
Accessories
He's never seen without a bandana around his mouth, so much so that people theorize he uses it to cover some nasty scars.
