The first good news since he was mindwiped was the Pelipper, then  bringing him to his battlegrounds, then getting his memories restored. Give it time XD. There will be good times ahead. Remember, this story ends in the light zone, not the dark zone.

I am a bit confused. The initial incident was wiped from memory, yet all Haxorus but one were still killed? Or did the mind wipe come after?

The memory of Bisharp killing a Haxorus first was wiped. So all that remained in memory was the Haxorus killing a Bisharp. So it looks like the Haxorus killed a Bisharp first. Putting Haxorus in the wrong in the eyes of the Council.

I know right? Every comic is done in a different style, and all of them are amazing

Not a different style. More of a style that represents the artist's worldview of the story.
