A satire of Tails was indeed named "Arms" . He flew by spinning his arms - and breaking them in doing so !

He should have spun his tails.

NICE thing to say to somebody he'd known since they were toddlers !

Later, after Arms flew Sonic over a canyon, they met Bat-Face the Rogue (a parody of Rogue with a realistic bat face ,)
