Sally, decked in her TMNT Leonardo cosplay, was hanging with the real Leonardo, hoping to learn some radical wisdom from the leader in blue, when suddenly, she meets Picasso, the parody of Leonardo from a little-known TV show known to all as Walter Melon, who is leader of the New Age Pizza Lovin Tae Kwon Do Tortoises.

Fun fact: In the episode Picasso appears in, he is actually voiced by Cam Clarke, who is best known as the voice of Leonardo and Rocksteady in the 1987 cartoon (he also voices Walter Melon's Rocksteady parody, Stonecold).
