This is a drawing of an adult version of Clown Austin performing a clown performance with his clown brother named Percival.

Austin: "For this magic trick, I will make all of the cupcakes disappear."

Percival: "You can't do that. That is impossible."

Austin: "Let's see about that. Cakey Maximus!!!"

Austin uses his Cakey Maximus powers to suck all of the cupcakes like a vacuum cleaner, causing Percival to look confused and to lose his balance.
