Puffing up from the deep waters, Usi comes to save swimmers!
This adorkable porcupine puffer is usually pretty shy and flustered, but like all puffers and their cousins, can swell up and become a bold and confident rescuer. With his puffing ability, not only can he float to the surface and save people from drowning, but he can act like a buoy for them to hold onto.
Due to his work, he sticks to loose clothing that grows with him, his shorts becoming more like a speedo and his necklace turning into a choker. He's not much of a fighter, but piss him off and that puffing up will show it's not just air inflating hollow gaps in the flesh! He packs a punch~
