Technically it is.  According to Prometheus, prior to this incident, all combat between Haxorus and the Pawniard line has been nonlethal.  Sure, the fallen might get killed and eaten by scavengers, but up until this point there had been no 'deliberate' death in either direction... both sides were holding to this.  This particular Bisharp basically triggered an apocalyptic total war between the races, to the point where the Haxorus were nearly wiped out as a species, and Prometheus was enslaved by the Kingambit.

This also raises an interesting implication.. does the Council know about this?  If so, have they sanctioned the Pawniards, or intervened?  If not, what happens (if anything) if or when they find out?  The fact that the Pawniards are the aggressors and initiators of this escalation is very significant.

ya. and from the taunting before. THEY arnt even the ones who killed them, seemed they died to some other mom not associated with the war and the Haxorus were teh scavengers in this case.

I'm curious to find out why the gothitelle didn't report this use of guillotine to the council when he felt compelled to report it when Prometheus did it. The way the council scene went it doesn't feel like they knew of this and just let it slide.

He did bring up being bound by debt to favor the Kingambit and Bisharp, didn't he?

So wait, how'd this scuffle start out as? Just casual bullying until Murder McOverkill landed the Guillotine?

Not saying the Haxorus didn't DESERVE it for what they said, but still

Prometheus' parents? Or just long gone ancestors?
