I've been wanting to draw this outfit for so long. Again, like I've been saying a lot it's because of my terrible artistic talent from the past and I wouldn't be able to nail it right.

This is my most favorite outfit of Rouge and I may use it going forward. Like I did with Wave, Rouge will be wearing sandals instead of shoes because I personally like the aesthetic of crop tops, floaty bellbottoms and sandals/shoes that's used as an interesting style girls wear (Looks at the girls wearing them in Zenless Zone Zero).
