One of Frozesha's retainers reported to her that Vanilla is allowed to participate in Frozesha's beach event which instigated a quick flashback.

During a recent time Frozesha's mom, the current queen of her world, allowed a commoner to walk upon her royal halls which would be Vanilla and her daughter Cream. She rarely ever takes a liking to anyone that isn't royalty or rich, but seeing powerful mommy vibes from Vanilla was enough to get her to meet her in person. Vanilla absolutely flabbergasted and shocked made every attempt to show respect and loyalty to Frozesha's mom, but this is another rare case where she gave her permission to treat her as a friend. Both of them suddenly told Frozesha in the most mom way possible to help her chefs, maids and butlers to prepare the royal dinner for at least the night, something Frozesha never once had to do. Frozesha posseses incredible intelligence and creative ingenuity for her young age, but unfortunately, she has a weakness despite her seemingly non-existent flaws...she doesn't know how to set up basic things like tables or chairs. Vanilla came to help and saw this flaw and began mothering her and pointing out her flaw at the same time, all in kindness of course. Cream also helped, effectively setting up the royal banquet's tables. This angered the teen Princess that a commoner talked down to her nicely like that and that a child knew how to set up a simple table. She wanted to hypnotize both of them them for a few to have them do her bidding for her, but that would be rude since they're very special guest so she reclined.

Anyway with that flashback explaining things Frozesha begins the event.
