Orginally Miles from the Anti-Universe, after Scourge gained a power up from the master Emerald and Brawl (the real Anti Knuckles) gained his power up he been trying to find a way to match them, that was when a Echo of Nine arrives while the orginal Nine is still around, some universes dont end up that well, one of these makes echos which Miles used a spell to merge with him creating a anomoly like Scourge and Brawl into the being called Kyu.
