1BIT was created through my youtube playthroughs. He hails from the game universe of Tunic, where he is one of the hapless past players who got stuck. After that, he started popping up in other playthroughs, in the BIT Squad story, and in a teensy bit of art. He's essentially become 2BIT's sidekick after the last couple years.
I drew him once, in that chibi style. I include that here for reference/comparison.
