When I was a kid when we were at my paternal and maternal grandparens home, I was looking at their Christmas decorations and trees very fondly before my family bought themselves tree when we used to live in an apartment. I looked at the tree and the ornaments very fondly especially the red apple ornament.
After my paternal grandfather died when I was 13. And after I moved away from my parents 6 years ago. I've inherited my paternal grandparents' ornaments after I bought myself a fake tree.
