Doing a bunch of winged characters this week.
Minnie & Pepper are twin daughters of Lucky & Whisk. Minnie's color scheme seems odd, but these colors did come from her parents. (Her father's black fur manifests as her black wings, while yellow & green are Whisk's secondary fur colors.)
Minnie is more cheerful and outgoing than her serious sister.
